Mortar is used in dry powder (dry mixing mortar), insulation, the production of the water waterproof.
Mortar powder production line (typical configuration) Principle
It is a typical configuration dry mortar production line for the storage of raw materials - drying sand - measuring ingredients - mixed mixing materials - Product packaging, and production of dry mortar in the flow of materials transportation, promotion and dust and other production equipment.


   
The main production line is made up of the following set of equipment:
1. The tank of raw materials:
Mortar powder production line is used for the storage of bulk materials, such as cement, fly ash, sand. It is generally used for cement, fly ash, a truck loading. Construction only needs raw materials and two small tanks for the storage of small raw materials, such as powder and additives.
2. Bake sand device:
The sand will be used for drying wet. The system includes hot stove, dryer, sieve, dust, cooling, transmission, upgrading equipment. Bake sand is used in larger output device for the production of dry mortar system. For the special mortar production enterprises with less amount of sand, I advise you to finished products.
3. Ingredients devices:
It is made up of measuring hopper scales, material for the dragon, nesting devices, micro expected to add devices, computer-controlled system. It is automatic measurement for raw materials and reduces labor intensity and environmental pollution but also to ensure product quality of dry mortar.
4. Mixer:
For mixer, you have more choices, such as the double helix cone blenders, blending blenders, helical ribbon blenders, mixers and biaxial blades weightlessness.

5. Dry powder packing machine:

But this machine is not suitable for the light packaging materials. Spacious pocket packing machine can wrap various packaging materials, but it needs sew. Compared to valve bag packaging machine, this machine needs one more person.

6. ESP:
It is used to recycle the dust in the dry mortar production line, which is beneficial to the environment. Generally it is located above the cement warehouse, and at the site where hoist materials.

7. Transportation and upgrading structure
Ways used in the production line to deliver materials are: horizontal and vertical conveyor transmission, the use of screw conveyor to conveyor level, the general vertical conveyor bucket hoist, available electric hoist.
Features: Quality stability: the quality of the mortar at the present construction site is not stable, and the intensity rate does not meet the standards.
